Would this put you off buying a house, or make it more appealing?

I can't decide if ducks in this photograph would encourage people to view the bungalow, or put them off.  Please let me know your thoughts...

    I'd be worried about the mess, ducks can take over a garden and ruin any plants. But it does look appealing!

    I feel most people like being close to a park, so this would advertise the idea of a relaxing, quiet and inviting home and yard.

    I agree, Di, I absolutely loved working in this bungalow. Every time you went outside, the ducks would come running over, quacking loudly!!
